KMC is still active and engaged despite the COVID restrictions keeping all of us at home these days! Our director, Cynthia Bennett-Awe, is working hard with her Tech Team to provide opportunity for connection, music and learning each week. We meet on Monday nights at 7 p.m. for our Zoom Rehearsal (aka Zoomersal). We do physical and vocal warm-ups, keep our regular repetoire fresh and even learn new songs! KMC joins with others in our community and across our country in canceling our weekly rehearsals for the next month. We will reevaluate mid-April. In the meantime, we will learn a new song on our own, keep our repertoire fresh and look forward to singing together again soon. Love each other. Take care of the vulnerable around you. And as always, continue to "harmonize the world"!! ????❤️????

Kawartha Music Company is happy to announce that we have selected our new Music Director, Cynthia Bennett-Awe!
Cynthia is a long time member of KMC and has been our Assistant Director for some time now. Her enthusiasm and love for all things Barbershop, Sweet Adelines and anything "bling" will be an incredible asset to our chorus! We are so excited for the days ahead as we learn and grow together! Welcome, Cynthia!
